To preserve wood flooring, please remove footwear while in the house and place them on the rubber tray provided.

Summary: The house was clean, full of Ikea type furnishings. Because it was obviously set up to be a rental and not for a family's own use, it had a bit of a sterile feel (lots of fake plants) despite the attractive decor. Location worked perfectly for us as we were there for the Mac graduation.
